Breight Group are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Administrator to provide essential support to our NSW division in Orange. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operational, administrative, and workforce requirements run seamlessly.
In this hands-on role, you’ll assist in coordinating people, processes, and projects to keep our operations moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with both local and national teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain our strong safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with onboarding and mobilisation of people to our project.
- Maintaining rosters and timesheets.
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative duties including reporting, logistics, equipment inventory and office maintenance.
- Establishing appropriate systems and required procedures for the new business.
- Coordinating workforce planning for major shutdowns.
- Assisting with accounts payable and purchase orders.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a successful team. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong administration and operations experience (resource/industrial sector experience desirable)
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management
- High level of computer software skills & use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
