What You'll Be doing: 
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth mobilisation of employees, to our sites.

• Coordinating shutdown, project, and site-specific mobilisation activities
• Organising flights, accommodation, and transport for crews
• Assisting with pre-mob essentials like PPE, drug and alcohol testing, and documentation
• Keeping our systems up to date with accurate project and employee information
• Travelling to site when needed to provide admin support during shutdowns

What You Bring:

• Experience in a high-volume mobilisation or FIFO admin role
• Bonus points for on-site experience or familiarity with systems like Enable or CMS
• Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and friendly
• Confident with Microsoft Office and general admin systems
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
