HR OFFICER – BRING YOUR ENERGY TO BREIGHT!
  
We’re on the lookout for a proactive HR Officer to join our awesome team at Breight Group! This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Rivervale office, where no two days are the same, and career opportunities are truly Breight!

You'll be working closely with our HR Advisor and getting hands-on with everything from recruitment to compliance—all while keeping things organised, on track, and full of good vibes.

What You'll Be Doing
Perth based at our Rivervale office, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.

• End-to-end recruitment across a growing business
• Employee Support - Respond to employee queries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the HRIS and employee records
• Assisting with mobilization
• Coordinating drug and alcohol testing processes
• Administrative tasks including file and document management
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in HR or a similar role, ideally in the Mining or Resources sector
• HR/Business qualifications are a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• You’re a tech-savvy admin pro, especially with Microsoft Office
• A natural organiser who loves ticking things off a to-do list
• A true team player who’s just as good working solo
• You thrive under pressure and stay cool when things get busy
