A Federal Government department is seeking an experienced CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to support the development of CRM modules within an existing Dynamics 365 environment.
You will join a multidisciplinary Agile team, building secure, scalable CRM solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and support critical government services.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse (entities, forms, views, dashboards)
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, business rules, and Power Automate flows
• Build integrations with systems including Azure SQL, finance platforms, and Power Pages
• Implement CRM security models, roles, and access controls
• Contribute to technical design documentation and BAU handover

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Experience implementing server‑side logic, dashboards, reports, and data migration
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, solution management, and release processes
• CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps for D365/Power Platform
• Secure‑by‑design and DevSecOps practices
• Experience delivering in Agile environments with diverse stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Valid Baseline security clearance
