The Role
They are on the hunt for a superstar Office Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys keeping offices and admin running efficiently. The role will suit someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service, can delegate workflows, process accounts and execute marketing initiatives. It is an autonomous role that offers variety, from answering phones and serving as the face of the business to representing the company at networking meetings when needed, to ensuring policies and procedures are up to date. This role will keep you busy.
Key Responsibilities include -
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for the business, manage the onboarding of new clients, resolve any queries and deliver outstanding service.
- Work Coordination: Schedule and delegate jobs, ensuring technicians’ time is maximised and workflows run seamlessly.
- Accounts & Administration: Process invoices, manage office systems and constantly maintain organisation and efficiency.
- Marketing Support & Networking: Assist with executing the marketing plan, including social media content, email campaigns, and customer feedback initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the friendly team to maintain a positive, fun yet productive environment.
What you will bring -
- Proven experience in office administration, management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional manner and strong relationship-building skills.
- Confidence with technology and systems is a bonus, or the ability to pick things up quickly. They use Microsoft Office and ServiceM8.
- A positive, proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, take ownership and adapt as the business grows.

This is a full-time role,
