Position: Product Owner
Location: Canada (Remote), Occasionally on-site in Ottawa
Duration: Two Years

Background:  Kyndryl require an intermediate Product Owner to support the development, scaling, and sustainment of cloud-based applications.
The consultant will leverage Agile and DevOps tools, updated product roadmap and backlog and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing outcomes.
 
Qualifications:

• Existing GoC clearance at the level of Enhanced Reliability or higher
• Must have a relevant degree or diploma
• Experience delivering backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization outputs that directly supported software development and feature delivery
• Multiple projects within the last five years engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback, and translating those needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or other delivery-ready product requirements that supported software delivery.
• Experience working with Azure or AWS based tools for sprint planning and backlog tracking

 
Responsibilities/Deliverables:
 

• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of user stories.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams and end-users.
