As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Cowra, NSW.
  
THE ROLE
  
As a Contract Manager at RCC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects through effective commercial & risk management. You will be responsible for overseeing all contract-related activities, from pre-construction through to project completion. This includes drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.  

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage contract execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Provide advice and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract documentation.
• Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience within the Government and/or Health sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
