The Opportunity
 
As a Senior Contracts Manager at RCC, you’ll oversee the commercial and risk management of major projects, ensuring smooth contract execution, cost control, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll be a key player in delivering projects that are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

• Risk & Compliance – Identify, assess, and mitigate contract risks while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Contract Execution & Oversight – Manage and enforce the terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
• Cost & Financial Management – Monitor and manage contract costs to keep projects within budget, optimizing financial performance.
• Expert Support – Provide expert advice to project teams, proactively resolving contractual and financial issues.
• Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, legal counsel, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful project delivery

• Education & Experience – A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Law, Business, or a related field, with proven experience in managing head and subcontractor contracts in the construction industry.
• Sector Experience – Experience with large-scale ($200m+) construction projects is highly desirable.
• Skills & Expertise – Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail – Highly organized, with the ability to manage head and subcontracts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Team Player – Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
