At Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), we’re proud to be delivering significant projects across our Sydney business. 

In light of an exciting internal promotion, we currently have an opportunity to join our talented administration team as Receptionist. This is a permanent full-time opportunity (Monday-Friday) based at our St Leonards Head Office.

THE ROLE

• Managing an active switch board and meeting & greeting visitors and clients.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Travel bookings and organising catering.
• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable and running smoothly.
• Supporting the admin team with duties such as invoicing and office management.

  
ABOUT YOU

Previous reception experience is preferred. We are seeking someone who enjoys a busy, dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

This will be coupled with a strong team focus and ability to effectively engage with a range of internal & external stakeholders through confident & collaborative communication.

Efficient computer skills with the Microsoft Suite will be required.
