The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of school projects. You’ll play a key role in project execution, from design coordination to quality control, ensuring we deliver exceptional outcomes for students, educators, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Site Support: Assist with coordination and subcontractor management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Design Management: Resolve design issues and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Program & Admin Oversight: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring effective planning and execution.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee cost, quality, and environmental controls, ensuring compliance and progress reporting.
• Health & Safety Leadership: Promote and uphold safety standards across all project activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
• Proven experience in delivering construction projects, ideally in the education sector
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating design processes
• Knowledge of cost, quality, and environmental management
• A proactive approach to health and safety
