Fleetwood is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Para Hills, SA on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Supporting the delivery of an exciting and high-profile modular construction project, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from commencement through to completion. Working closely with Project and Construction Managers, you'll provide contract administration, financial coordination, and project support to help deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration including progress claims, variations, invoicing, payment schedules, and subcontractor documentation.
- Coordinate project start-up requirements, including insurances, permits, approvals, and project bank accounts.
- Maintain accurate project records, reporting, registers, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Project and Construction Managers with project tracking, timelines, deliverables, cost control, forecasting, and budget monitoring.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and manage project correspondence and documentation.
- Assist with project handovers, close-out activities, and compliance with contractual, company, and WHSEQ requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
About You You are an organised and proactive Contract Administrator with experience supporting construction, manufacturing, or project delivery environments. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work that contributes to successful project outcomes.
What you’ll bring;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration, project administration, or a similar role.
- Experience managing progress claims, variations, subcontractor documentation, and project records within a project environment.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Navision experience highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related discipline are desirable but not essential.
