Fleetwood is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the delivery of exciting modular construction projects across Australia.
Working as part of our high-performing Sales team, you'll play a key role in progressing opportunities from initial enquiry through to project handover. This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be involved in preparing tender submissions, coordinating pre-construction activities, supporting project documentation, and working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Design, Estimating, Engineering and Project Delivery.
Whether you're assisting with client presentations, coordinating project specifications and finishes, preparing addenda and contract documentation, or helping maintain project pipelines, you'll be at the centre of bringing innovative modular building solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions, proposals, returnable schedules, contract variations and addenda.
- Support the progression of projects through the sales and pre-construction phases.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Estimating and Project Delivery teams to ensure opportunities move smoothly through the business.
- Assist with project specifications, floor plans, finishes, selections and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and track sales opportunities, project milestones, approvals and action items within CRM systems.
- Prepare customer presentations, quotations and sales documentation.
- Support project handovers from Sales to Operations, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Produce sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for business leaders.
- Maintain project registers, SharePoint documentation and contract records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.
About You You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You're highly organised and thrive on coordinating multiple moving pieces while keeping projects on track.
You take pride in producing accurate, polished documentation and enjoy working collaboratively with both customers and internal teams. Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to contribute to real projects and see opportunities progress from concept through to delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in sales administration, project coordination, tendering or pre-construction support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
- Experience preparing tenders, proposals, quotations or contract documentation.
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and coordinating project activities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Exposure to construction, building, manufacturing, modular construction or a similar project-based environment will be highly regarded.
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to contribute to successful project outcomes.
