Join our team as an experienced Project Manager and form a key part of delivering civil & bulk earthworks, road construction, water infrastructure, agricultural and mining projects in remote South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for driving project success, taking lead of day-to-day operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be expected to work a 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster. 

Role responsibilities include:

• Leading & maintaining a strong safety culture
• Driving operational efficiency & innovation
• Procurement as per project requirements
• Timely execution of project activities
• Strong understanding and compliance with contractual & KPI requirements
• Effective cost control of project operations
• Liaising with departments to effectively manage work groups
• Driving performance, leading from the front and providing feedback to employees
• Client management

The successful candidate will have:

• Current drivers licence (essential)
• Experience in a similar role, with extensive earthworks experience (essential)
• Cert IV or Diploma in Management (or equivalent)
• S1, S2, S3 qualification (desirable)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Project
• Effective planning, time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage others
• Excellent communication skills
