Regional Services Manager (Temp - 4 Month Contract)

PKL Recruitment is hiring a Regional Services Manager to support membership growth, engagement and regional operations across a key territory.
About the role
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you’ll act as the key point of contact for members across your region. You’ll support engagement, manage local issues, coordinate events and work closely with stakeholders across industry and government.
Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow member relationships, ensuring retention targets are met
• Coordinate regional activities including communications, events and campaigns
• Act as a key liaison between members and head office
• Provide guidance on membership services and relevant industry matters
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners and sponsors
• Support local representatives and assist in resolving member issues
• Represent the organisation at meetings and regional events
• Assist with media, communications and local issue management
• Manage regional admin including reporting, budgets and project delivery

About you

• Strong background in account management, sales or relationship management
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
• Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Experience coordinating events, projects or regional activities
• Exposure to agriculture or agribusiness (highly regarded)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Valid driver’s licence (required)
