PKL Recruitment is seeking a capable and hands-on Office Manager to join a boutique rural property business based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
This is a varied role working closely with the Managing Director and a small, collaborative team. You will support the day-to-day running of the office while also assisting with property marketing, client communication and key administration across the business.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day office administration and presentation
Supporting sales and marketing activity for rural properties
Preparing marketing documents, brochures, submissions and property information
Maintaining property files, compliance records and sales pipelines
Managing client enquiries, inboxes and general phone calls
Meeting and greeting clients and guests
Assisting with marketing and sale events
Processing operating invoices and basic MYOB administration
Managing Airbnb accommodation bookings, guest communication and cleaning schedules
Coordinating travel, office supplies, strata communication and general office duties
About you
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a small team where no two days are the same. You will have strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and a warm, professional manner with clients.
Experience in property, real estate, marketing administration or office management would be highly regarded.
