The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant to the GM Corporate Services plays a pivotal role in supporting the effective coordination of ARV’s Corporate Services portfolio. This position provides dedicated executive support, manages workflows and information flow, and ensures high‑quality administrative delivery across Finance, People & Culture, ICT, Governance & Risk and resort teams.
Working closely with the General Manager, CEO Office, Board subcommittees and Corporate Services leadership, the role prepares agendas, papers and reports, coordinates meetings and actions, supports governance and compliance processes, and maintains accurate records and documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support including diary management, prioritisation, correspondence, briefings and confidential information handling.
- Coordinate Corporate Services leadership, team, project and Board subcommittee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, actions and follow‑up.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, annual calendars, presentations, templates and briefing materials.
- Support workflow administration, information flow and task tracking across Corporate Services, CEO Office, resort teams and external stakeholders.
- Support governance, compliance and records management including registers, filing systems, documentation and workflow tracking tools.
- Coordinate procurement administration including purchase orders, supplier documentation, invoice follow‑up and cost centre checks.
- Assist with centrally managed organisational events including workshops, forums, corporate events and ARV Summit support.
- Provide day‑to‑day office coordination including supplies, practical support and local arrangements.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems, workflows and reporting processes.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications - Demonstrated experience providing senior executive, secretariat or corporate administration support in a complex organisation.
- Experience coordinating senior meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, action registers and confidential correspondence.
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, procurement administration, records management and reporting.
- Experience working with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualification in business administration, governance, executive support or related discipline (desirable).
- Strong judgement, organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Salary Band $89,292 – $96,073 + superannuation
