Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Leader. In this role, you will develop, guide, and provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses across the Dunedin region (occasional travel expected in the role), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for our clients | tangata.
You will foster a strong, supportive, and high-performing team culture, while ensuring services meet contract requirements and best-practice standards. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about clinical excellence, equity in healthcare, and empowering communities.
You will provide culturally safe, respectful and consent-based care that recognises what matters to each person — including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, communication needs and boundaries — and you will involve whānau/support networks where this is the person’s preference.
