At Access Community Health | Uru Ātea, we are dedicated to helping people live independently in their homes and communities. We are seeking an organised, customer-focused, and proactive Regional Administration Assistant to become the friendly face of our regional office and provide essential support to our leadership team, workforce, and wider community.
He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
You'll be responsible for supporting regional administration functions, coordinating fleet and inventory management, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, job applicants, and staff while providing valuable support to managers and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for staff at reception, applicants, clients, and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to regional leadership and operational teams.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, interviews, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in excel and reporting for the regional vehicle fleet.
- Manage office supplies, uniforms, PPE, and other regional inventory requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and databases.
- Support health and safety initiatives and reporting requirements within the region.
Mōhou Ake | About You - Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, Excel is essential
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
