• Support our internal recruitment function and help deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience. 
• Use digital tools and modern recruitment channels to improve capability and support team growth. 
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and applicants—our people are the foundation of our business. 
• Participate in a collaborative team environment focused on building the Access and Total Care brands while continually improving processes 

Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga | Skills and experience  

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience (any industry), with transferable skills in customer service, administration, coordination, or stakeholder support. 
• A strong work ethic and solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving, evolving environment. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships. 
• A positive mindset and a collaborative, team-first style. 
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools to support recruitment and reporting. 
• A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, with cultural awareness and an inclusive approach.
