Join our thriving nursing community and make a powerful difference in the lives of others. As an Access Community Health Registered Nurse, you’ll bring essential healthcare directly into people’s homes—shaping personalised support plans, delivering high‑quality clinical care, and guiding our support workers to provide the very best service. Working alongside a connected team of skilled health professionals, you’ll play a vital role in achieving exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
You will provide culturally safe, respectful and consent-based care that recognises what matters to each person — including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, communication needs and boundaries — and you will involve whānau/support networks where this is the person’s preference.
