As a Support Worker Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting a team of Support Workers | Kaiāwhina to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community. You’ll combine leadership, coaching, and coordination with direct support work — ensuring our clients | tāngata receive the best possible care.
You’ll work closely with care coordination and clinical teams, supporting your team to deliver services aligned with individual support plans while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
