Support, Connection, and Purpose – All in a Day’s Work
From morning routines to meaningful moments: we’re building a dedicated, energetic team to support a serious injury client who values independence, community, and companionship.
This is a hands-on, active role where every day brings variety. You’ll help start the day with personal care routines, provide support at home, and enjoy outings in the local community that make life fulfilling.
A variety of shifts are available
0800 -1400
1400-2200
Sleepover 2200-0800
These times are indicative only.
You’ll be:
- Supporting morning hygiene and daily routines
- Assisting with mobility and outings using a wheelchair and vehicle
- Encouraging social interaction, sensory activities, and meaningful engagement
- Communicating in multiple ways
We’re looking for people who are: - Patient, empathetic, and genuinely caring
- Comfortable supporting complex needs
- Skilled at reading non-verbal communication
- Motivated to help someone live a full, connected life
- Holds a full driver's license
Paid Training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes everything you need to feel confident in your role.
We also provide year-round training with regular refreshers and new modules to keep your skills up to date.
Experience is great, but attitude matters most. Training and ongoing support provided.
