As a Regional Manager (RM) at Access Community Health, you serve in one of the most critical and strategically significant leadership roles in our organisation. Your position is not only about ensuring operational consistency and care delivery, but also about driving strategic initiatives, shaping culture, empowering people and embedding our values across the communities we serve.
You will oversee financial sustainability, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the capacity and potential of community services. Additionally, you will contribute to market intelligence, expand business opportunities, and implement quality and health and safety systems.
