Join our diverse nursing community and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As an Access Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver essential healthcare services, develop and oversee personalized support plans, and mentor support workers to ensure high standards of care. Working alongside a network of registered health professionals, you'll play a key role in achieving the best outcomes for clients.

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week:

Tuesday: 4 hours 
Wednesday: 4 hours 
Thursday: 4 hours 
Friday: 8 hours 
  
 Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga | Skills and experience 
  

• Registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.
• 2 years+ experience in Community Nursing and experience in support of people who have had a serious injury, or a background in palliative care will be an advantage.
• Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the community.
• The ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment. Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload.
• A current full driver's license is essential.
• Digital confidence with using apps and computers.
