He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role  
This is a unique serious injury client situation which means that you will be part of a special team that is trained specifically to attend to this person needs, you will be working in the home to oversee care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living.

• Advanced bowel cares  
• Catheter management  
• Complex exercise programme from a physiotherapist  
• Autonomic dysreflexia  
• Medication and insulin oversight  
• Personal cares  

Week 1
Wednesday 1500 – 1700
Thursday 1500-2100 
Friday 0700 -1700
Saturday 0700-1300 & 2200 – 0800
 
Week 2
Wednesday 1500 -1700
Thursday 1700-2100 
Friday 1300 -1700

Please note this client has Dementia and has requested for a Female Support Worker only.
