We are a 24/7 organisation committed to excellence. Our trained Casual Support Worker team works around the clock to support each Tangatas individual care requirements and daily living. No qualifications or prior experience are required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiāwhina I Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need.
Whakangungu l Training
Our paid Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self-directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.
