About us

We're opening two new restaurants at Wunderlich Lane, Surry Hills this October, right next to Olympus Dining. We're the Apollo Group, the team behind The Apollo and Cho Cho San in Potts Point, Olympus Dining in Surry Hills, and Greca and Yoko in Brisbane. One of the new venues trades all day from breakfast, so coffee sits at the front of the room rather than being something we do on the side.

We run calm, respectful floors where good people teach good people. Plenty of our senior floor and bar staff came up through our own venues.

The role

We're hiring casual Baristas to join our Breakfast team. You'll run the machine through breakfast and support the floor teams in service,  keep the bar clean and quick, and know the regulars before they've finished ordering. 

You don't have to wait until October either. Start with us now at one of our Sydney venues, get to know the group and how we work, then move across when the new doors open.
The roles are casual with consistent weekly shifts, and plenty of hours if you want them.

About you

• Solid barista experience in a busy cafe, restaurant or roaster, confident dialling in and pouring consistently
• Genuine care about coffee and the people you work alongside
• Guest obsessed mindset - you read their needs before they know what they are
• Confident in working the floor, carrying plates and running food to support

A bit more about who we are
