We’re part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, with venues across Sydney, Brisbane and Tokyo, including The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Greca and Olympus. Every venue has its own identity, but the approach is the same: great food, great people and restaurants that actually feel alive.
We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Yoko Dining.
This is a role for someone who can lead from the pass, build strong teams and thrive in high-volume service without losing consistency or standards. You’ll work closely with an experienced operations team and have the support of a group that’s genuinely invested in its people and its food.
This isn’t about ego. It’s about running a sharp kitchen, developing a team properly and creating a service people want to come back to.
