We’re seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a team united by care, curiosity, guest obsession and the pursuit of excellence.

Your Role

You’ll be the steward of Olympus’ daily rhythm from floor flow and guest energy to team culture and commercial performance. Leading from the floor, you'll set the standard for what great hospitality feels like.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kaizen: Always Better: Drive continuous improvement across service, systems, and standards. Set weekly goals, own outcomes, and lead by example.

Who You Are

You’re a proven leader with experience in premium or high-volume hospitality environments, bringing calm confidence and clarity under pressure. Commercially astute, you’re across cost control, labour management, and P&L performance, with a sharp eye for operational efficiency. But above all, you’re a people-first operator - someone who uplifts teams, leads with care, and understands that strong culture is the foundation of exceptional service.
