What we’re looking for:

• Previous bar leadership experience in high-volume, quality-driven venues.
• A confident host with a passion for Japanese flavours, fine spirits, and a bit of theatre behind the bar.
• Someone who thrives in the buzz of service, with an eye for detail and love for great hospitality.
