We’re now looking for skilled Chefs and Cooks to join our seasonal kitchen brigade. Whether you’re chasing a fast-paced summer in a standout venue, or looking to plant roots for something longer — this is where serious food and good times come together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cooking and plating beautifully executed dishes with consistency and flair
- Keeping pace during lively services — Olympus gets busy, and we love it
- Upholding HACCP and food safety standards
- Collaborating closely with your team across all sections
- Bringing ideas, efficiency, and energy into the kitchen
What We’re Looking For - Experience as a Chef, Cook, Commis Chef, or Chef de Partie
- A strong sense of kitchen rhythm and prep/service know-how
- Reliability, flexibility (nights/weekends), and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for food, detail, and hospitality — not just output
- An easygoing, can-do attitude that lifts the team
