Set beneath the Story Bridge at Howard Smith Wharves, Greca is part of the The Apollo Restaurant Group  a family of iconic dining venues that includes The Apollo, Yoko, Cho Cho San, and Olympus. What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience as a CDP in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
• A genuine love of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine and produce-led cooking
• Calm, confident presence on the pass — even under pressure
• Collaborative spirit and a team-first mindset — you lift others and take pride in what you serve
• A desire to keep learning, improving, and contributing to something bigger

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running your section to the highest standards — clean, consistent, and creative
• Supporting senior chefs with prep, mentoring, and daily operations
• Upholding the warm, generous, and welcoming spirit that defines the Greca experience
• Helping us raise the bar, service after service
