We’re open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, which includes celebrated venues like The Apollo, Yoko Dining, and Cho Cho San. About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and knows how to bring bold, honest flavour to life. You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and clear pathways for development.
