We're on the hunt for a polished and personable Restaurant Host & Supervisor to lead service, manage the floor through SevenRooms, and elevate the guest experience from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading floor operations with confidence, warmth, and precision
• Welcoming and managing guest flow as lead host—using SevenRooms to oversee reservations and service pacing
• Supporting, mentoring and energising a close-knit front-of-house team
• Collaborating with management to improve systems, service and team culture
• Representing the Apollo brand—stylish, reliable, local-minded, and globally aware

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in premium casual or elevated dining
• Hands-on experience with SevenRooms (essential)
• A calm, clear communication style and a sharp eye for timing
• Natural leadership with a focus on people and presence
