The Opportunity

As Front of House Manager, you’ll support and lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest journey—every shift, every table, every time. You’ll play a crucial role in daily operations, customer service, team development, and venue performance.

In this role, you’ll:

• Run seamless front-of-house operations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team
• Build a culture of excellence, warmth, and accountability
• Lead, train, and support the team with energy and empathy
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and top-tier service standards
• Be the heartbeat of the floor—engaged, hands-on, and always ready to raise the bar

You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality leadership (or strong FOH supervision)
• Deep food & wine knowledge, with a guest-first mindset
• Confidence in coaching teams and managing fast-paced shifts
• A proactive, collaborative, and generous leadership style
• A love of hospitality that’s impossible to fake
