Nanny Job Description 
We are seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive Nanny to join a dynamic, respectful household team. The ideal candidate has a background in caring for neurodivergent children and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Competitive salary + full benefits package provided
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for 2 children 3 & 7
• Supervise play, meals, naps, and bedtime routines
• Support family on outings, travel, and events
• Assist with potty training and daily hygiene routines
• Prepare meals/snacks, administer medications as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized space for children
• Model respectful, socially appropriate behavior

Requirements:

• Experience with neurodivergent children is required
• College degree preferred, especially in child-related fields
• 5+ years of full-time nanny experience
• RIE Foundations (or willingness to complete)
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19
• Valid driver’s license & clean background check
• Willingness to travel with the family in the future

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, move through a multi-story home, and physically engage with children throughout the day.
