About the role: We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our growing organisation during an exciting period of enterprise transformation and change.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Program Delivery Unit, you will lead change across strategic programs and business initiatives, partnering closely with executive leaders, program teams, and stakeholders to support successful adoption and delivery outcomes.
This role will play a key part in driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and sustainable change outcomes across people, process, technology, and operating model initiatives.
What You'll Do: - Lead change management activities across strategic programs and enterprise initiatives
- Develop and deliver change strategies, communications, engagement, and readiness plans
- Partner with executive leaders, Program Managers, Project Managers, and key stakeholders
- Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness activities
- Identify and manage change risks, stakeholder resistance, and adoption challenges
- Support successful transition and embedding of initiatives into business operations
- Monitor and measure change readiness, engagement, and adoption outcomes
You will bring: - Demonstrated experience leading change across complex transformation or enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience developing and delivering change strategies and business readiness activities
- The ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced environments
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
Nice to have: - Experience within enterprise transformation or PMO/GPMO environments
- Exposure to digital, governance, or operating model transformation programs
- Experience using change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks
