- Perform bank and AR reconciliations
- Manage customer queries and billing investigations
- Maintain accurate customer records within D365

Systems & Process Improvement - Work within a team transitioning to new systems and processes
- Support ongoing improvements across AR and payroll workflows
- Assist with system issue resolution and data accuracy
You will bring: - Proven payroll experience with strong understanding of compliance and payroll processes
- 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, managing end-to-end AR
- Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Exposure to Employment Hero or similar outsourced payroll platforms
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to investigate and resolve system or process issues
