About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Committee Services Coordinator to join Standards Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Committee Services, this role supports the effective operation of the organisation’s standards development and committee services function.
You will help maintain the integrity of committee records, international participation systems and the standards catalogue, ensuring that documentation, ballot processes and committee data are accurate, timely and compliant with organisational procedures.
This role works closely with internal teams, technical committees and external stakeholders to support well-managed standards development operations.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will support the administration and coordination of committee services and international standards processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of committee and stakeholder records across organisational systems
- Managing data across systems including Salesforce, ISO Global Directory, ISOlutions and IEC Expert Management System
- Submitting ISO and IEC ballots within required timeframes
- Coordinating systematic reviews of Standards Australia’s standards catalogue
- Preparing reports and supporting documentation for internal governance groups and project teams
- Assisting with National Mirror Committee participation in ISO and IEC activities
- Supporting international meeting participation including delegate approvals and registrations
- Managing copyright administration processes relating to standards development and adoptions
- Coordinating permissions, licence agreements and copyright documentation in collaboration with Legal
- Maintaining and coordinating processes related to Standards Australia and Standards New Zealand collaboration
About you
You are a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage structured administrative processes.
You will bring:
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and document control capability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within defined timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with stakeholders in a professional environment
- IT literacy including Microsoft applications and CRM systems
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting team operations
