Keystone Tasmania is an independent statutory authority that was established as the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board in 1990 to improve the quality of training in the building and construction industry. Keystone Tasmania administers the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Fund which is supported by a statutory training levy on building and construction work. We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead Keystone Tasmania into its next phase of growth. This state-wide role, based in Hobart, offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the Tasmanian building and construction industry. You will work closely with an experienced Board of Directors, providing strategic leadership to a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organisation.
• Build and strengthen relationships within the industry to achieve core business objectives.

You are a proven leader with a track record of success in senior leadership roles. Your exceptional stakeholder engagement, business management, and people management skills will ensure your success in this role. You possess strong governance, critical thinking, innovation, financial acumen, and communication skills, all of which are essential for contributing to the future success and sustainability of Keystone Tasmania.
