The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the continued success and growth of Toosey. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving innovation, maintaining financial sustainability, and ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery.
As a respected leader, the CEO will foster a collaborative, high-performing culture, engaging with staff, residents, families, and the broader community to achieve Toosey’s purpose and goals. They will ensure strong corporate governance, uphold compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, and champion Toosey’s mission and values in all aspects of leadership.
The CEO will also provide strategic oversight of clinical operations, financial management, human resources, organisational processes, and facilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strategic leadership skills evidenced by a strong background and effectiveness at a senior level, ideally in human services or a related environment. Highly developed organisational management skills and a track record of success leading change and continuous improvement, and driving positive, supportive and client centric cultures is also required. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships will ensure success in this role.
