Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Manager - Risk, Compliance and Quality will provide high level expertise and leadership in the development, implementation and maintenance of CBS risk, compliance and quality management frameworks for the purpose of maintaining and safeguarding CBS’s risk and compliance obligations, standards, services, resources and reputation.
Along with senior risk management experience, you will bring strong capability with quality management systems and compliance and business continuity frameworks. Commitment to excellent customer service is second nature to you together with your extensive skills in organisational change, management support, communication, and training. Your strong leadership skills are complemented by your innate ability to build collaborative professional relationships and excellent stakeholder skills. You walk the talk when it comes to integrating values into your work day.
