An exciting opportunity is available to join the MAST Board and play a key role in shaping the future management of Tasmania’s marine safety and infrastructure.
As a Non-Executive Director, you will work closely with the Chairperson, other Board members and management to provide strategic direction and support effective organisational governance. In addition, you will contribute to maintaining the organisation’s strong reputation for operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
For this vacancy MAST is seeking an experienced Director with demonstrated expertise at a board or executive level in risk management or legal skills. The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive leadership, corporate governance and stakeholder engagement skills. Previous exposure to the maritime industry and regulatory environments would be an advantage, along with an understanding of the Tasmanian economic environment.
