We are seeking an experienced Performance Specialist with strong analytics expertise to help shape how performance is measured. In this fixed-term role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to design, implement and continuously improve performance measures. You will help to establish a robust performance framework, as well as fit for purpose processes and contribute to building organisational capability.
  
To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated capability in:  

• Designing, developing, implementing, refining and maintaining organisational performance measures
• Advising on data availability, technical feasibility and measurement methodologies
• Applying strong SQL and analytics skills across data modelling, validation, testing and troubleshooting
• Power BI development
• Working with Snowflake (highly desirable)
• Producing and maintaining business and technical documentation
• Building trusted relationships and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition, you will be a collaborative and delivery focused professional who is:

• A clear and confident communicator with excellent writing and documentation skills
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at every level
• A proactive problem solver who is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference.
