We are seeking a genuine, capable Senior Business Analyst who wants to make a real difference through delivery.  This will see you engage with a broad group of subject matter experts, as well as key internal and external stakeholders. 
  
You will demonstrate business analysis proficiency, covering the following:

• Core project business analysis capabilities ranging from gap analysis and problem definition through to options and recommendations
• Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
• Business process, service design and customer experience design experience
• Working within complex, fast-paced programmes of work
• A strong ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including vendors.

In addition, we are looking for people with the following:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent documentation and writing abilities
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion
• Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders
• Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
• Be able to deal with ambiguity
• Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
