Support one of Melbourne’s highest-performing luxury Sales Agents
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to step into a newly created role supporting one of Melbourne’s leading luxury residential Sales Agents.
  
Working from a prestigious Toorak office, you will provide high-level executive support to an agent operating within the premium end of Melbourne’s residential property market, working with high-net-worth clients, significant property transactions and an extensive network of buyers and vendors.
  
This is not a traditional administration role. You will become an integral part of a high-performing sales business, taking ownership of the organisation, structure and administration behind an agent currently generating approximately $2M in annual GCI.
  
Importantly, this is the first time an EA has been appointed into the business, giving you the opportunity to build the role from the ground up and genuinely make it your own.
  
The Role
Your role will be to keep the business running seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing the Sales Agent to focus on clients, listings and revenue-generating activity.
You will be trusted to take ownership of:

• Complex diary and calendar management
• Coordinating appointments, meetings and inspections
• High-level administration and organisation
• Buyer and vendor communication
• Managing incoming and diverted calls while the agent is in appointments
• Coordinating follow-ups and ensuring actions are completed
• Keeping track of important deadlines, meetings and commitments
• Minor marketing coordination and support
• Light personal and lifestyle assistance
• Anticipating what needs to happen next and taking action before being asked
• Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

You will become the organisational backbone of the business, protecting the agent’s time and bringing structure, efficiency and accountability to an extremely busy schedule.
  
The Business You’ll Be Supporting
The agent operates exclusively within some of Melbourne’s most prestigious residential markets, including Toorak, South Yarra, Prahran, Malvern and surrounding Stonnington suburbs.
  
With a background in Commercial Real Estate and a Commerce degree specialising in Marketing and Management, he brings a highly commercial, strategic and client-focused approach to luxury property.
  
His current sales performance reflects the calibre of business you will be supporting, with approximately $57M in disclosed sales across the past 12 months, including an average sale price of approximately $8.1Mand a highest recorded sale of $19.2M in Toorak.
  
The business also has an established international buyer network, including connections throughout Asia and London, and regularly works across some of Melbourne’s most significant residential property transactions.
  
About You
You will be an experienced EA, Personal Assistant, Sales Assistant or high-level administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance and premium environment.
  
We are looking for someone who is:

• Exceptionally polished, professional and well presented
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
• Proactive and naturally anticipates what is required
• Confident dealing with high-net-worth clients and senior stakeholders
• Discreet, trustworthy and commercially aware
• An excellent communicator
• Comfortable managing competing priorities
• Able to work with a high degree of autonomy
• Calm under pressure and exceptionally reliable
• Must have Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate 
• Someone who takes genuine ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Previous experience within luxury real estate, premium property, executive support, professional services or another high-end client environment will be highly regarded.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Toorak
Incentive: A commission/incentive structure may be introduced after six months, depending on performance and the evolution of the role, with the potential to be linked to business GCI.
