Care Assistant – Guaranteed Hours
Location: Bedford
Pay: £15-£16 per hour + mileage
Hours: Full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts. Guaranteed hours offered

You’ll regularly visit the same clients, giving you the time to build genuine relationships and make a real difference.
Your role as a Care Assistant You’ll support clients to remain independent, comfortable, and confident in their own homes.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with medication and daily health routines
- Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
- Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life
- Supporting clients with hobbies, activities, and outings
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Observing changes in wellbeing and communicating updates to the team
Every visit lasts at least one hour—so you have the time to provide care with patience, dignity, and genuine connection.
