Are you looking to build and grow a legal division within a highly awarded agency? We are now expanding our expertise into a Legal desk with national opportunity you will be based in Sydney.

This is a desk that suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and passionate about utilising our existing client relationships to build out this desk. 

HAYLO has existing relationships which you will continue to grow and use your business development skills to attract new clients. You will be given guidance and support along with trust and autonomy to make this desk your own.

The Role:  

• You will be responsible for growing our Legal desk with opportunity to build into a division.  
• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events. 
• You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care. 
• Salary: Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure 
• Location: Sydney CBD 
• Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss) 

 
You Will Have:  

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in a recruitment agency for a minimum of 3 years. 
• Experience in building and growing a successful desk. 
• Passion for sales and strategic business development. 
• Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.  
• An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients. 
• With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals. 
• Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
