Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, such as Assessors, trades, customers and insurers
Confirm scope of works with the customer, and scheduling repairs with priority
Proactively communicate clear and concise information on repairs to all stakeholders
Support the management of customer complaints in line with company processes and timeframes

To be successful in this role, you will offer:
Up to 2 years of experience in insurance claims, construction contract management or similar customer service-based roles
A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the restoration industry.
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to support people during challenging times.
The ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow as part of a supportive team.
