As Western Region Field Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing partner to the regional Sales organisation across Europe and the Americas, developing marketing plans that support growth objectives across your territory.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Platforms, Events, and the Regional Managing Director, you will ensure centrally developed messaging, campaigns and programmes are effectively regionalised and executed within your region, whilst providing feedback from the field to influence future marketing activity.
This role is central to driving alignment between Sales and Marketing, ensuring that regional priorities are reflected in marketing planning, execution and investment decisions.
Role:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will work collaboratively with Regional Sales leadership and the wider Marketing team to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation and pipeline development across your territory.
You will be responsible for:
- Development and ownership of the regional marketing plan for your territory
- Act as the marketing business partner to regional sales leaders and partners in region
- Regionalisation and execution of marketing campaigns
- In-region customer and partner engagement
- Regional performance reporting and budget management
- Share regional marketing intelligence and sales priorities with the broader marketing team
- Stakeholder management

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Platforms and Events, you will be responsible for ensuring marketing activity within your region supports agreed commercial objectives.
Regional Marketing Planning - Develop and maintain a regional marketing plan aligned to agreed business objectives.
- Identify regional growth opportunities and marketing priorities.
- Work with Regional Managing Directors and sales leadership to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
- Provide input to campaign planning based on market requirements, sales priorities and opportunities.
Sales Alignment - Act as the primary marketing contact for regional sales teams.
- Facilitate prioritisation of marketing activity based on agreed regional objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Sales and the central Marketing team.
- Ensure Sales teams are aware of and engaged with planned marketing activity.
- Support effective utilisation of marketing programmes, tools and assets.
Campaign Execution - Execute centrally developed campaigns and programmes within the region.
- Adapt and localise campaign activity where appropriate to maximise relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate regional implementation of product launches, marketing initiatives and partner activities.
- Support lead generation and pipeline development activities within the region.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market response.
Events & Customer Engagement - Work closely with the Events & Internal Communications team to deliver regional events and customer engagement activities.
- Support customer, partner and industry events within the territory.
- Identify opportunities for regional marketing activity that supports relationship building and brand awareness.
- Ensure event activity aligns with broader marketing and commercial objectives.
Market Intelligence & Insight - Gather customer, partner and competitive feedback from the field.
- Share market intelligence with Product Marketing and the wider Marketing team.
- Identify emerging trends, customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement of messaging, campaigns and go-to-market activities.
Performance & Reporting - Monitor regional marketing performance against agreed objectives.
- Track campaign outcomes, engagement and commercial contribution.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Use performance insights to help refine future activity and investment priorities.
Stakeholder & Agency Management - Build strong relationships with Regional Managing Directors and Sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Platforms and Events.
- Coordinate regional partner marketing initiatives where appropriate.
- Represent the voice of the region within marketing planning discussions.
What you need to succeed:
Qualifications - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
- CIM qualification desirable but not essential.
Must-Haves - Experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing or channel marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment.
- Experience planning and executing marketing programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of lead generation and pipeline development.
- Ability to work independently across multiple countries, stakeholders and projects.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel within region up to 25% of the time as business requires.
Nice to Have - Telecommunications or technology sector experience.
- Experience working through partner and distributor networks.
- Experience supporting enterprise, public safety or public sector sales environments.
- International marketing experience.
- Experience supporting multi-country territories
